A quick, tasty, cheesy evening snack loved by anyone! Garlic bread consists of bread topped with garlic, olive oil or butter and cheese.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4-6 slices of bread
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 3 to 4 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- Butter or olive oil
- Oregano for seasoning
- Red chilli flakes for seasoning
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
- In a bowl mix grated cheese, garlic, salt with olive oil or butter.
- Take a slice of bread and apply butter both the sides.
- Place the mixture on the bread slice, season with oregano and chilli flakes.
- Heat a tawa and place the slice on the tawa and cook with closed lid on a low to medium flame.
- Once the cheese melts and the bread turns golden and crispy, remove from the tawa.
- Cut them into halves and serve hot with any dip or sauce.
